Greenbrier team wins Georgia high school tournament

Greenbrier duo win state title

Congratulations to the Greenbrier High School fishing team of Tanner Hadden and Cy Casey. They won the first Georgia Bass Nation high school tournament of the season last Saturday on Lake Lanier.

They weighed in five bass totaling 13.85 pounds with a big fish of 3.80 pounds. Boat captain was D.J. Hadden.
The win qualifies of the team for the Georgia Bass Nation state championship next June.

• National Hunting and Fishing Day on Saturday features a number of activities open to the public.
